Yumex Philippines Corporation’s Commitment to Data Privacy

Our corporate philosophy comprises of three core elements. One of them, the Code of Conduct, are rules and guidelines followed by everyone in Yumex Group. Part of it specifically states our compliance with laws and regulations. As Republic Act No. 10173 started to be implemented, we in turn responded accordingly, registering in the National Privacy Commission.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our people, and those we do business with. In order to ensure safety and confidentiality of your Personal Data, we have developed a Privacy Policy that aims to ensure that all appropriate standards for personal data protection in compliance with Republic  Act No. 10173 or the data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing Rules and Regulations are put in place and implemented effectively.
